Senior HCM konsulttina:
- Olet mukana toteuttamassa pilvipohjaisia Oracle HCM -ratkaisujen käyttöönottoja ja kehitysprojekteja
- Toimit asiakkaiden neuvonantajana mm. Core HR, Talent -alueilla
- Tuet asiakkaiden muutosta suunnittelemalla, kouluttamalla ja jalkauttamalla uusia toimintatapoja
- Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä projektipäälliköiden, teknisten asiantuntijoiden ja asiakkaan HR-tiimien kanssa
Mitä odotamme sinulta:
- Vähintään kolmen vuoden kokemusta Oracle HCM Cloud -ratkaisuista
- Voimassa olevaa Oracle HCM Cloud -sertifiointia (esim. Core HR tai Talent)
- Hyvää ymmärrystä HR-prosesseista ja niiden kehittämisestä
- Itsenäistä ja ratkaisukeskeistä otetta asiakastyöhön
- Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa
Eduksi katsotaan:
- Kokemus useista HCM-moduuleista
- Arkkitehtuurin ymmärrys ja projektin johtamiskokemus
- Oracle ERP:n tuntemus
