Solution Sales Manager

Solution Sales Manager

For sales of business platforms, technology services and knowledge management solutions in Baltic states area.

The developing market in the Baltic states offers a great possibility to grow the number of satisfied customers in our ERP- and Business Intelligence- customer group. We foresee that companies in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania will benefit from a strong partner and leading technologies to support their growth. Strategic acquisition of new customers is the heart of your mission area.

You have interest in the customer and in development of their business and building success. You have procedures for value- and solution-oriented sales, you are active and you have good attitude towards life.

In this position you can invest your whole personality in the play with customers and with colleagues. You will co-operate closely with the hardcore professionals of Attido; the best technical specialists, the professional project- and service manager teams as well as consultants and the management lead are supporting you.

In this position you have opportunity to develop and build the future international Attido and your own career.

  • Experience and examples from solution sales, preferably from ICT -solutions or finance management solutions.
  • Ability for customer-oriented thinking and communication of the customer value.
  • Solution-focused, result-oriented and organized approach.
  • Excellent social skills.
  • Good written and spoken Latvian, Russian and English languages.
